Amyn is a Partner and Global Head of Private Equity Secondaries. Prior to joining Pantheon Amyn was an Investment Partner at Coller Capital, where he worked for 17 years in both London and New York and was formerly the global Co-Head of Investment Execution. Prior to joining Coller, he practiced corporate law, focusing on private equity transactions and fund structuring. Amyn holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics from Brandeis University and a JD in Law from the Duke University School of Law.

Susan is a Partner in Pantheon’s U.S. investment team and leads Pantheon’s global business development. She is a member of Pantheon’s Partnership Board, Executive Committee, International Investment Committee and is the Chief Executive Officer of Pantheon Securities, LLC. Prior to joining Pantheon, Susan was a principal at Capital Z Partners based in Hong Kong, where she was responsible for executing investments in private equity funds and in fund management companies. In addition, Susan was a director at Russell Investments from 1995 to 1998 in its private equity group after starting her career at Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York. Susan received a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in International Studies and Economics and an MA from Stanford University in International Policy Studies, where she also worked as a research assistant at the Hoover Institution. Susan has served on the Board of the American Investment Council, the Investment Committee for the Archdiocese of San Francisco and was a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Jeff is a Partner, Co-Head of Investment, and Global Head of Private Equity. He is also Global Head of Co-investments, leading all underlying co-investment activities and team management, and is a member of Pantheon’s Global Partnership Board and International Investment Committee. Prior to joining Pantheon, Jeff was a Principal at Allied Capital where he was responsible for evaluating and executing private equity and mezzanine investments. Previously, he was a Vice President of Lehman Brothers’ investment banking division. Jeff received his MBA with Honors from Northwestern University and a BA in economics and mathematics from Gustavus Adolphus College, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Brian is a Partner in Pantheon’s U.S. investment team with management oversight of the U.S. primary investment team. Brian is also a member of the Inclusion and Diversity Committee. Prior to joining Pantheon, Brian spent seven years at HarbourVest Partners, Duke Street Capital, and Paul Capital Partners. Brian began his career as a financial analyst at Lehman Brothers’ Investment Banking Division. Brian received an AB in government from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Evan is a Partner in Pantheon’s Global Infrastructure and Real Assets Investment Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Evan held positions at Polaris Venture Partners in Boston and JP Morgan in London. Evan received a BS from Boston University’s School of Management with a concentration in finance and a minor in economics.

Kevin is a Partner in Pantheon’s Global Secondaries Investment Team. Previously, Kevin worked at Morgan Stanley in New York where he spent over a year as an Associate in the firm’s strategy and execution group. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Kevin spent two years at Pacific Corporate Group in La Jolla as a Private Equity Analyst and, prior to that, two years at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown as an Investment Banking Analyst in the firm’s consumer group. Kevin graduated magna cum laude with a finance degree from the University of Notre Dame, earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Rakesh (Rick) is a Partner and Global Head of Private Credit. Since he joined Pantheon in 2019 to head up the firm’s dedicated private credit strategy focused on secondaries and co-investments, the business has grown to become one of the largest providers of secondary solutions capital to private credit fund managers and investors globally. Prior to joining Pantheon, Rick was a senior principal investment professional and investment committee member at several direct credit firms, including Stone Tower Capital, Green Brook Capital, Star Mountain Capital, and Citigroup Alternative Investments, where he worked across a range of strategies spanning unsponsored and sponsored direct lending, special situations and distressed, asset-based finance and specialty finance, mezzanine finance, and minority control private equity. He began his career in the Financial Institutions Group at Morgan Stanley & Co. Rick received a BCom in economics and finance from McGill University.

Kathryn is a Partner, Co-Head of Investment and Global Head of Real Assets, which includes infrastructure, real estate, and other real assets. She is a member of Pantheon’s Partnership Board and International Investment Committee. Prior to joining Pantheon, Kathryn was with GIC Special Investments, before which she was responsible for direct investments at Centre Partners, a New York-based private equity firm. Kathryn began her career in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division where she pursued real estate investments. She has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in modern languages from Oxford University.

Dennis is a Partner and senior investment professional. He is a member of the International Investment Committee, as well as several other investment committees. Dennis was until January 2023 the Head of Investment for Pantheon. Prior to Pantheon he was head of the U.S. Partnership Team at Adams Street Partners and was a member of the firm’s global investment committee. Previously, Dennis held several investment banking and principal investing positions during a 20-year career with Bank of America and Continental Bank. Dennis received an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA from Michigan State University and is based in Chicago.

Rudy is a Partner in Pantheon’s Global Secondaries team and a member of the International Investment Committee. Rudy was previously a partner at Coller Capital where he was a key member of the senior team. Prior to Coller Capital, Rudy worked at Thomas H. Lee Putnam Ventures, Merrill Lynch, and Skadden Arps. Rudy received his BS at Indiana University and his JD from New York University School of Law.
