Renaissance Investment Management

Mike has over 40 years of investment experience and has been with Renaissance since 1984. As Chief Investment Officer for Renaissance, Mike supervises the management and direction of the firm’s investment research efforts and determines overall portfolio strategy. Mike is a 1980 graduate of the University of Cincinnati and earned a master’s from the Indiana University Graduate School of Business in 1982. He was awarded a Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1985 and is a member of the CFA® Institute and the CFA Society of Cincinnati.

Andy joined Renaissance in 2016 and is a Senior Research Analyst and Co-Portfolio Manager for our Large Cap Growth and Midcap Growth Strategies. He had over 20 years of investment experience prior to joining Renaissance and was the portfolio manager for the equity portfolio of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company in Milwaukee, where he also held a variety of additional analytical and portfolio management responsibilities during his tenure. He began his investment career with AllianceBernstein. Andy graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and became a CFA charterholder in 2003. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Cincinnati.

Paul joined Renaissance in 1987. His current responsibilities include portfolio management of the firm’s small cap growth portfolios, as well as contributing to the management of the firm’s other growth and balanced products. Prior to joining Renaissance, he worked with the accounting firm Arthur Andersen. He is a Miami University graduate. Paul is a member of the CFA® Institute and the CFA Society of Cincinnati.

Mike joined Renaissance in 2008 and is the Portfolio Manager for the firm’s international equity portfolios. Prior to his current duties, Mike served as a Research Analyst on the International team. He began his career at Renaissance as a Portfolio Administrator. Mike is a graduate of The Ohio State University Max M. Fisher College of Business where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He became a CFA charterholder in 2013 and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Cincinnati.

Brad joined Renaissance in 2019 and is a Senior Research Analyst for our Large Cap Growth, Midcap Growth, and Small Cap Growth Strategies. He is also the Co-Portfolio Manager of our Midcap Growth Strategy. He had over 10 years of investment experience prior to joining Renaissance, most recently at ClearArc Capital in Cincinnati as an equity analyst. Prior to ClearArc, Brad worked at Robert Baird in Milwaukee and Victory Capital in Cleveland as an equity analyst. Brad graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he participated in the Applied Securities Analysis Program (ASAP). Brad became a CFA charterholder in 2007 and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Cincinnati.
